Shalmari DighaliaYuva Sangha is a social club located in Dibrugarh district of the upper Assam for the social, culture, environmental and economic development of the society by bringing Honesty, Unity and Prosperity among the people.It was established in 1987 by the local peoples of Shalmari Dighalia village in the oil field region. From the day of establishment it has been playing a vital role in the development of socio-economic structure of the entire locality. It has arrived to it's Silver Jubilee Year consistently executing various work schemes uninterruptedly. For the various developmental works for the society Neheru Yuva Kendra has awarded the Yuva Sangha as Mentor Club of region in 2011. The Yuva Sangha mainly concentrate on the development of social structure, roads, culture, agro, economics, health and environment. It has been serving the society for successful 25 year and promise the people to serve them for the betterment of the world.
